Should We Publish an Aplicor Careers Board? This isn't the first time we've been asked to pose the question and we're sure it won't be the last. The intent of the Careers Board would be to list career postings for CRM and Aplicor related positions; such as System Administrators (SAs), consultants, trainers and programmers. The support for this idea stems from the specific Aplicor skill sets contained by many members and readers of this niche user community and the desire for companies using Aplicor to have a focused go-to destination for recruiting and hiring. The potential downside of this concept is that it becomes a tool for Aplicor business partners, other consulting companies and recruiters to pluck trained resources from. The Aplicor business partners could possibly be tamed - and they already have the opportunity to purchase banner advertising on the home page to get their message out. The recruiters however are a different breed and could take this valid concept and make its practical application unusable. The last time we posted this question we received more negative responses than positive. Nonetheless, we'll post it once more to see if we get new input or a different tone. It is our opinion that this point that we would only insert a Careers Board page if the feedback is convincingly positive.
